Adding NT Workstations to a SAMBA-controlled domain

ok.  get the BRANCH_NTDOM version.  see http://samba.anu.edu.au/cvs.html.
then follow docs/NTDOMAIN.txt.

make this S-1-5-21-666-666-666.  only 3 32 bit numbers, not 4.
