userless print server

Hi,

I've been trying to move one of networked printers from a Win95 box to a
spare 486 running samba to get rid of some M$ annoyances (like the fact
that the printer gets paused if someone tries to print while no-one's
logged in on that box), but I've come across the problem that since the
windows logins don't exist on the print box, they can't actually print to
it.

What I seek is a way to allow anonymous printing (or printing by anyone
claiming to be anyone) to one or more printers on a box which doesn't have
to know about who and where they are. Security isn't a problem, as I can
just firewall out attempts to print from outside of our subnet.

Matthew.
