Hi!

I'm having the following problem with samba 1.9.18 running on Linux
2.0.32: I can't map drives using MS Client 3.0 for Dos. I get "Invalid
password for share (Error 86) from client when trying to map drives.

With thw same smb.conf, samba 1.9.17p1 works fine.
I have tried with different "protocol" settings, the errors in the log
file are different for CORE and COREPLUS, but the client's error message
is the same (Error 86 - Inavlid password/username combination)

Any hints?

Thank you,
