Problem: Printer name is invalid

I've done some more testing and found that the "lpq" permission problem is
NOT the cause (I modified so it had global permissions).

I'm still in the boat that all my NT systems (not sure about '95) cannot
make any new connections to printers.  They consistently get a "printer name
is invalid".  Existing connections work OK.  If I drop a good connection I
cannot remake it (same message).

Anybody got a clue as to what is going on?  I've attached a TCPDUMP of the
transaction and it does not indicate any problems (i.e. no errors).
