dos clients and mangled 8.3 names

Jeff,

	Can you send to samba-bugs a simple discription of
the problem - eg. your smb.conf, and a smbd level
10 log showing *one* file being moved and the 
original name and the new name.

I'm afraid we don't have any DOS or WfW clients
here to easily test this but the log should help.
