WINS-Server

A little Question:

I have a 4 networks connected together with a router which is also a 
Samba WINS server. Now it's possible to search for a computer on an 
other net.
It is possible to see all computers and groups know by the 
WINS-server in a browser-list (e.g. Win95/WinNT Network 
Neighborhood)? And if it possible: What do I have to do?
