Q: NetBIOS name from IP address ?

Windows NT has a utility called nbtstat which
you can pass the IP address or the NetBios name
It will give you info about what domain/workgroup it
is in and include the name.  Look for the unique 
headings to associate the name with the machine.

It also gives the MAC address of the machine.  Not
sure if 95 has a simlary utility.
