nmbd and multiple interfaces

Hi,

I have a Samba WINS server that registers in its database a couple of
hosts that have multiple interfaces (two - ethernet and PPP). The
wins.dat database lists both interfaces registered. However, if I
restart nmbd in the WINS server then the database will list only the
first interface listed in the "interfaces = ..." line of the WINS
clients smb.conf.

In order to have both IP addresses listed in the WINS database again I
need to restart nmbd at the WINS clients. This must be done after the
nmbd at the WINS server is restarted.

Is this normal or something is going on here? I would expect to see
both interfaces listed in the WINS database at any time.
