"-DALLOW_CHANGE_PASSWORD" flag for FreeBSD

Hello Samba Guru's,

My name is Rich and I am a FreeBSD user.       
I have added "#include <termios.h>" to the top of chgpasswd.c. 
Samba, now compiles with "-DALLOW_CHANGE_PASSWORD" flag.      

P.S.:   Please add it in for the next patch release..

P.P.S.:	 I tried changing my (UNIX/Samba) password on the Win95 client and
I cannot do it.
   
I get: 
	"Unable to change the password for Microsoft Networking because of the
following error:
	The request is not supported by the network"
