All,

If I wanted to set-up a workgroup for each department in our office
SALES, SOFTWARE, ENGINEERING etc) under one domain (CITEL) and I only
had one RH5.0 Samba server how would I go about doing this? Could I
use the include function to have a machine call a different
workgroup like the following:

- --smb.conf--

include = /etc/smb.conf.%L

- --smb.conf.sales--

workgroup = sales
server string = Sales Server

- --smb.conf.software--

workgroup = software
server string = Software Server

or is there some other way around this? I only have one server to do
this on. Another idea that has been mentioned is that I can set up a
workstation in each department to act as the workgroup controller. Is
this possible?

Any help would be most appreciated

Thanks
