Yes, I started nmbd process correctly. The DIAGNOSIS.txt was not beneficial for
me. But I found out that this is occurred due to the 2nd problem! see bellow.

OK. It's right but wonderful. The problem is caused by my /etc/hosts file.
This is a cut of it:
194.225.42.34 kordan arash kordan.bol.sharif.ac.ir
194.225.42.35 kelard faz kelard.bol.sharif.ac.ir
194.225.42.36 sahand afshin sahand.bol.sharif.ac.ir
194.225.42.37 pol pol.bol.sharif.ac.ir

The .bol.sharif.ac.ir tail did not appended to clients' names. I changed it
as followings and the problem was corrected:
194.225.42.34 kordan.bol.sharif.ac.ir kordan arash
194.225.42.35 kelard.bol.sharif.ac.ir kelard faz
194.225.42.36 sahand.bol.sharif.ac.ir sahand afshin
194.225.42.37 pol2.bol.sharif.ac.ir pol2

Is it a bug in SAMBA?!
Note that due to this problem the wins server could not see my machine so the
1st problem was occurred.

YES! But no effects! Why?!
