If you have an ftp server on the NT box, it might just be easier to grab
the files with ncftp.  Certainly it's more secure than sharing files from
the NT system to any other systems (our only NT server here has only a
450MB hard drive shares nothing, and everything other than the NT itself
are mounted to NT from Unix servers running SAMBA).
