Changing IP @ network address of server.

I changed my server over to a new network along with my clients.
(138.120.247.0  --->   192.168.164.0) .

Now my NT clients see the server in Network Neighborhood but when
I click on the server to show shares I get:

    "\\servername is not accessible.

    The format of the specified network name is invalid."

Any ideas?  I'm really pretty desperate for answers to this.
