Event ID: 8003 and Samba

I am getting the following Rdr messages from a BDC (NTBDC01)

MESSAGE:

The master browser has received a server announcement
from the computer JERRY that believes that it is the
master browser for the domain on transport
NetBT_ILANPCI2. The master browser is stopping or an
election is being forced.

The machines involved are:
NTBDC01 (111.111.111.20, 222.222.222.20)
UNIX01  (222.222.222.6                 )

Samba is running on UNIX01.
According to an FAQ, there supposed to be a problem with the subnet not
being the same but they are. NTBDC01 interface NetBT_ILANPC12 is in
222.222.222 as well as UNIX01 interface.




"ifconfig -a" on UNIX01 shows:
