Samba and WindowsNT

Hi anybody,
I've a problem with the speed of copying from WindowsNT to a Linux-Box with
Samba. After some tuning entries in smb.conf (i.e. read raw = no and write
raw = no) the copying-speed between Windows95 and Linux is acceptable  (20
sec. / 10 MB file). But it had no influence on the WindowsNT behavior (about
3 min / same file [not accepteable for a fileserver]). Does anybody know
that problem and can provide a solution?
