Win95 clients

To all,	
	I am trying to implement an HP-UX samba server and from this allow
Windows95 clients to access the file structures.  It appears that the
only way to allow a 95client to access the information is to enable a
WINS address within the TCP/IP protocol section.  Is this correct? and
is there another alternative to implementation that would not cause me
to go to every PC and set up a WINS entry.
