"codepage.850 does not exist" What does this mean?

If I run "smbclient -L MYSERVER" for example, the output looks normal except
for one line which says: "load_client_codepage: filename
/etc/codepages/codepage.850 does not exist." Am I missing a package? I am
running the latest p4 samba. I have had this problem since p3.

Also we have 2 NT4 servers running Notes. What can I do to stop the NT servers
from participating in the Workgroups/Domain?
