2 servers won't sync browse lists accross network

Having 'XXX's in the password is interpreted as
'password is always invalid'. Hmmm. You probably
need to have this set as 'NO PASSWORD' (check out
docs/ENCRYPTION.txt for details). After all, you
don't really care if anyone access a share as
user nobody as they will only get guest rights.
