samba and NT 4.0 without SP3

Hi Samba and NT Gurus,

I installed the samba binary on our SCO Unix box. I am able
to mount the samba shares on my Win95 client BUT NOT on my other 
NT 4.0 system without SP3. When I try to run "smbclient \\NTSYSTEM" I
get an error message "connection refused by the server.."

Does anyone know any answers to this problem? NTSYSTEM is able to
see the WIN95 and other WFG clients. How do I configure my NT to
see the samba share?
