CR /LF

Hi,

The users of my network used to get their file with ftp from the Unix
machines, I've installed samba, so they can just drag and drop,
everything works fine.
Now I'm looking for a way to insert the DOS CR/LF in ASCII text files
when there is only a LF.
It could be done simply by a sed script ofcourse, but how do I put the
sed script the Unix files and the SMB server?
I would like it to be trnsparent, so the users can drag & drop their
files without knowing about it.
