winpopup - Not listening on called name?

hi samba user all over,

strange thing with smbclient -M:

when i try to send a winpopup from my samba-server to some
win95 clients, i get an error like:

session request failed (131,128) with myname=HAMBURG destname=GWIGGNER
Not listening on called name
Try to connect to another name (instead of GWIGGNER)
You may find the -I option useful for this

using '-I' does not help. strangely enough from a win95 client i can
send the popup.

anybody's got an idea?
