netscape crashes: "cache" directory is invisible. multiple users.

dear samba-bugs,

i'm seeing some wierd problems going on.

config: FreeBSD, FAST_SHARE_MODES, samba-1.9.17p2, w95 _and_ NT,
netscape, multiple users of netscape from the same
\\samba-server\applications\Netscape\Communicator\Program directory.

netscape fails to load, and the netscape/cache directory, which is on a
local drive, is invisible when you do an explorer window on
\\samba-server\homes\netscape, and also on \\samba-server\user\netscape
directory.

killing the smbd process associated with that user and allowing samba to
re-establish a connection for that user makes netscape work, and the
cache to directory re-appear.

note that it's the same cache directory being used by multiple users,
therefore this is probably some sort of locking / sharing problem...
