Win95 Login Question: User Lists Supported?

Nevermind that last question I asked (quoted below).  I re-read the
DOMAIN.txt document and answered it myself.  Here's the relevant passage
that I failed to register:

Also, different access rights can be granted to users if they
successfully authenticate against a domain logon server (samba does not
support this, but NT server and other systems based on NT server do).
