Win95 locking when logging out (again)

Hi,

what happened with the case of Windows 95 locking when logging out
for shutdown or reboot?

There was a big discussion here about one month ago but haven't seen
any conclussion.

I am pretty sure the problem is WINS related because when I configure
a client to use a Samba server as the WINS server the problem shows up.
When I don't it doesn't show up.

Any comments, anyone?
