  Look into some freeware software called SAMBA.
listproc at samba.anu.edu.au is the list manager,
ftp://samba.anu.edu.au/pub/lists/samba.txt is an FAQ for the mailing list,
http://samba.anu.edu.au/ is the web site.
  This is a ddaemon that runs on the DEC machine, and allows Win311, Win95
and NT clients to access the shared drives as if the DEC machines was an NT
server. I have a 200 user license for PC-NFS and I don't use it anymore, I
run SAMBA instead.
