Users cannot logon

Hello,

I have a rather urgent problem. I just installed linuxconf on my Redhat
Linux. How ever as far as I can see Linuxconf didn't touch any samba
related configuration files. Now users cannot logon to samba anymore. They
get the message "The domain password you supplied is not correct, or access
to your logon server has been denied." Those users who already are logged
on can access samba correctly.

security = user
and all users are listed in the passwd file and can properly log on to
Linux via telnet.

Here is an exrept from log.nmbd

At the moment I don't wish to increase the debugging level since I would
have to restart samba

I'm curious as I cannot see anything failing in the log files and yet the
users cannot logon.

If you think that more information would be needed please tell. I didn't
want to spam you all with my complete log files and conf file.

Please cc any answer to me as I subscribed to digest mode and would of
course want to see any ideas as soon as possible.

Best regards,
Petri Lehtonen
