Visual Basic Error 48

Hi all,
I have some trouble with Visual Basic application.
When the application try to open their files it gives me :
Error 48 loading DLL

Log file is :

The application's name is abc.exe and it resides on a samba share. 
I have "Samba version 1.9.16p9" working on Solaris 2.5.
I've seen some notes in VB discussion group, regarding this problem. Same error happens on NFS 
server, but not on Novell and microsoft NT/95.

Can anyone helps me ?
