How can you expect mail software to magically guess the intention of
non-standard headers that you make up yourself? You'd be just as well off
with something like

   Please-Send-Errors-To-This-Address: ....

or

   Magically-guess-that-errors-should-be-sent-to: ...

Bouncing a message per RFC 821 and RFC 1123 means sending the bounce to the
envelope sender address, which the Samba mailing list sets to the mailing list
address, samba at samba.anu.edu.au. So if the mail software as the recipient's
end complies with the RFCs, bounces will go to the mailing list. No headers
will be read.
