Help unsubscribing

1) there have been a few instances where people are subscribed at their
site via a local administrator alias. 

using message body of HELP to listserv at samba.anu.edu.au and then sending
the appropriate message to obtain the list of subscribers, check whether
there is anyone at your DNS address who is subscribed to the list, and
contact them.

2) if you change your email address, you will need to unsubscribe first. 
only the subscriber or a list administrator (send email with a subject
line of "PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE ME FROM THIS LIST" to
samba-bugs at samba.anu.edu.au and one of the volunteers will catch it) can
remove you from a list.
