can't see my machine anywhere but on the local network

Hi,

	I can't seem to figure out what I setup wrong on my samba server
version Samba 1.9.16p9.  I can see the machine locally, but cannot see it
when I go to another subnet?  I can however see other windows 95 machines
on my subnet.  Does anyone know how I can fix this?
