ok, this is a truer response.  we don't do any o f the DCE/RPC stuff, we 
certainly can't do any of the NT domain logon stuff (anyone want to help 
out in working this out, however, just let me know...)

we _can_ do LANmanager encrypted passwords; domain logons for w95; 
respond to the NetUserGetInfo from w95 to do roaming profiles.  so, for 
all intents and purposes, we provide the absolute bare minimum required 
to sort-of be a PDC for w95 machines.
