Building Samba with shared libraries

Hi List,

I performed some surgery on the Samba Makefile to make it build
with shared libraries on Linux:

It does little for memory usage, but I think it looks nice ;-)

If anyone's interested, I'll post the diffs (1.9.17a5) to the list.
