yup.. the problem seems not on my side, but on WIndoze...
 anyway playing so far i am getting following thing now:
BlackStar:/usr/samba/bin# smbclient -L Istc_computer -U IVC

last thing *comment* is in russian and states:

 but what makes me surprised why 
USER and DOMAIN fields are empty?
well, while connecting to another server, i get [Domain] filled
 in, but user is still empty.. and while trying to connect i get such error

Perhaps you are using the wrong sharename, username or password?
Some servers insist that these be in uppercase
