NTP support (was: set unix time via samba)

This could be done by running Tardis for NT which provides NTP support
and runs as an NT service. I don't know what the commands are under
other flavors of Unix, but under SunOS or Solaris, the server time can
then be set using the command "rdate". You have to be root for the
command to operate and it's a one time shot (unless you put it in
crontab).
