A Message you sent has not been delivered

Tamsa (an automated content monitoring gateway) has 
not delivered the following message:

   Message: B000c00e6f.00000001.mml
   From:    samba-vms at samba.org
   To:      cesarg at tamsa.com.mx
   Subject: Re: Extended Mail System  

This is due to automatic rules that have determined that the 
intended recipient is not authorised to receive messages with
Executable file(s) attached.

If you believe the message was business related please send a 
message to GONZALEZ N. Alfonso Email agonzalez at tamsa.com.mx and request that the message be 
released to it's intended recipient.  If no contact is
made within 5 days the message will automatically be deleted.
