Another fix for Samba/VMS 2.2.8

Mr Regier told me that with the latest Samba/VMS version (dated
16-Jul-2004), he encountered problems when accessing Variable-length or VFC
files with WORD and some other products (such as Visual SlickEdit and a
couple more). The problem did not occur when using Notepad or Wordpad.

The reason was an erroneous action when rewinding the file.

A new version fixing this problem is now available at the usual download
area :

Sorry about that, and thanks to Mr Regier for finding that problem.
