Problem with "Fortran carriage control" files

Hello,

If I have a file with record attributes "Fortran carriage control" the file
is not correctly copied to my windows machine.
The file has the following format:
00002966.LIS;1                File ID:  (1402,29,4)           
File organization:  Sequential
Record format:      Variable length, maximum 0 bytes, longest 86 bytes
Record attributes:  Fortran carriage control

The first part of the original file:

As you can see the last character of a line is removed. There are to many
linefeeds in the file. The wrong linefeeds are not preceeded by a carriage
return. The formfeed on the first position is correct.
