Mounting samba 2.2.7a from Linux read-write hazardous

The problem will be corrected soon. I plan to upload a new Samba/VMS next
Monday.

It will be upgraded to 2.2.8, like the current Unix version, including the
"security hole" fix John E. Malmberg talked about in a previous mail. I
think VMS would not have been impacted by it, anyway, but you never know...

In addition, it will correct the VMS specifics below :
- File Date display problem (differences between VMS and PC),
- SMBD crash when sharing a disk at master directory (000000) level,
- Unexpected changes from VAR to STREAM files (and unexpected modification
date changes, too).
- VAX version will no more even try to use F11X$xxx undocumented routine
