Problem file lookup on 2.2.7a Alpha

So, if one creates a small batch file like :

$10:
$ create somefile.tmp
$ wait 00:00:10
$ delete somefile.tmp
$ wait 00:00:10
$ goto 10

(on each volume with Samba files)

that would make Samba "see" the DCL rename ?
