Error when try to access shared folder with Samba

Hi ,
 I have installed Linux on VM .I have modified the smb.conf .I can access 
the XP machine shared folder but when I am in windows and try to access 
Linux ,it prompts me :
\\LocalSam is not accessible .You might not have permission to use this 
network resource ...

Do you have any idea?
