Forgot how to install Samba

I have installed frontport and when I
@LINK_SAMBA_VMS.com it builds all the files with the
.exe_axp extension.  Please forgive my ignorance (it
has been over a year), what do I do next?  I could not
find it in the documentation.

I believe this may be why I get:

Error opening primary input file SYS$INPUT
File not found
