Samba VMS 2.2.4 NT and W2K Servers can't connect.

All our systems can now connect to Samba VMS 2.2.4 with either clear text or
encrypted passwords except our W2K (SP3) Domain Controller and NT4 (SP6a)
Member Server.  Both are autologged on as Administrator (they're behind
multiple locked doors), but the connections are done via a different user
that is on the VMS system.

SMB.CONF:
