This was available in earlier versions of UCX. It was rewritten and improved 
for Dec TCPIP services 5.x.

For UCX 4.x , as I recall, the system required that the primary Bind server 
was a VMS system running UCX. Hence if using this with UCX 4.x you quite often
had to setup your own DNS sub-domain for the VMS systems so as to be able 
to setup a VMS based primary.
