Generic VMS Question

The current version of ucx allows these. They are documented in the 
vms tcpip manuals.

1. ifconfig with the -alias option

2. ucx set config interface /cluster... /c_network...
/c_broadcast...     
   ucx set interface /cluster... /c_network... /c_broadcast...
