Smbpasswd failure

Hi everybody,

It's me again. I'm getting closer and closer to make SAMBA works on
my VMS machine ! 

Since I installed the latest version of 2.2.4 ( 3 oct 2002 ). I haven't been
able to
run the "smbpasswd" command . Here's the message I'm receiving:

$ smbpasswd -j DOMAIN -r SERVER
cli_net_auth2: Error NT_STATUS_NO_TRUST_SAM_ACCOUNT
cli_nt_setup_creds: auth2 challenge failed
modify_trust_password: unable to setup the PDC credentials to machine
SERVER.
Error was : NT_STATUS_NO_TRUST_SAM_ACCOUNT.
2002/10/23 22:29:26 : change_trust_account_password: Failed to change
password to
domain CITSH.
Unable to join DOMAIN.
$

I noticed that the identifier "samba_root" has been added to the "system"
account.
