Problems loging in

Maybe I am missing something but I keep getting this error message when
I try to log in to a share
from my WIn2K client.

"The mapped network drive could not be created because the following
error has occured:
The account is not authorized to log in from this station."

in smb.conf I have

hosts allow = 192.168.0.0 / 255.255.0.0

What might I have missed?

The system is Samba 1.9.17P4 on VAXstation 90 VMS 7.2 UCX 5.0
Client address 192.168.20.11 (I tried forcing that address but the
result was the same.

Any help would be appreciated.
