You have several options.

There is the original SAMBA 1.19 port by Eckart Meyer.
There is also a beta SAMBA 2.0.3 port by Eckart Meyer.

I think that both of them are still available from your local mirror of 
HTTP://www.samba.org.  When you go to the web site, it will ask you to 
select a server for your country.

There is also a beta SAMBA 2.0.6 port that is available on the OpenVMS 
Freeware CD-ROM version 5.0.  A copy of this CD-ROM set is available 
from a link at http://www.openvms.compaq.com/ and other locations.

There is a SAMBA-VMS FAQ, last update published can be found by
searching the VMS conference at http://encompasserve.org or by searching
comp.os.vms on http://www.google.com

Recently there has been a port of SAMBA 2.2.4 announced on this mailing 
list and comp.os.vms.  I have misplaced the download link.

It can be found on the Spring 2002 VMS SIG tape collection.  This should 
be downloadable at most places that DECUS programs are archived.
