I am trying to run smbclient for diagnosis purpose on VAX, I have defined
SMBC like this
$ smbc :== samba_root:[bin.vax]smbclient
now when I run
$ smbc -L Nav1
I get no message but simply
Added interface ip=135.1.1.3 bcast=135.1.255.255 nmask=255.255.0.0
Usage: dka0:[samba.][bin.vax]smbclient.exe;1 service <password> [options]
Version 2.0.3
        -s smb.conf           pathname to smb.conf file
        -B IP addr broadcast IP address to use
        .....
Is there something wrong with definition? Also in UCX configuration
broadcast address is set to 135.1.1.63 and nmask to 255.255.255.192 but it
is showing different, does it take these addresses from somewhere else? Also
I am unable to view log.nmb file always get message
%TYPE-W-OPENIN, error opening SAMBA_ROOT:[VAR]LOG.NMB;1 as input
-RMS-E-FLK, file currently locked by another user
Also diagnosis file talks about inetd.conf file, but I can't find it on my
system.

I'll be grateful for the answers.

Thanks

Naveed
