operation requires CMKRNL privilege samba

While running @samba_startup.com,  I got:

$if f$file_attribute(log_image,"known") then cmd = "replace"
$install replace SMB_LIBSMB_SHARE/open/header/share
%SYSTEM-F-NOCMKRNL, operation requires CMKRNL privilege

Ideas?  Thanks.
