[PATCH] smb/server: check destination is open when renaming

I will send v2 soon. For now, we also need to fail with 
STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED if the existing target has an open handle.

Of course, I will also try to implement FileRenameInformationEx (level 
65) in the future.
